This is one PaperSpine5 workspace. The universal package installs it as Skills; Codex, Claude Code, and DSH also have host-native package formats. They are not separate products.
Install PaperSpine5 0.3.0-rc.1 from zero. Read the public manifest, choose one package for the current host, verify its SHA-256 character-for-character, extract to a new persistent directory, read the included install/update/uninstall documentation, and run the package's installer. Require runtime health PASS and a new host task or restart. Start the 127.0.0.1 workspace only for a real integration_job.json. Report every verification layer separately and mark untested layers NOT VERIFIED.

PaperSpine5 uses the existing public repository to preserve the V1–V4 history, community entry point, and update compatibility identity. The V5 RC is frozen by one reviewed commit, one tag, and one prerelease—without publishing the larger multi-project workspace or any paper data.
Paper production should not vanish inside one generation.
Contributions, motivation, evidence, figures, the canonical manuscript, and publication materials each have their own source of truth and human decision points.

Community Stargazer Atlas
A real community atlas, separate from product metrics.
The embedded view comes from the repository's existing GitHub Stargazer fetch, processing, and validation pipeline. It is public community distribution—not installs, active users, papers, product capabilities, or institutional adoption.
The four ZIPs share one 176-file core and one core digest. This candidate has no signed installer, second clean-machine validation, macOS/Linux host run, real remote old-to-new update, or complete model-call evidence across hosts. Open Release Beta/276 is outside this RC.
